COVID-19 Update

As of November 2023, patients are only required to wear a mask if you are a close-contact, and are not required to obtain a PCR or Rapid Antigen Test. If you have cold or flu symptoms, please get in touch with us and your appointment will be rescheduled.

Covid-19 Arrangements

  • Please DO NOT enter our centre if you:

    • have fever, cough or dyspnoea (breathing difficulty)

    • have experienced cold or flu-like symptoms

    • have been in contact with somebody with COVID-19.

    • live in a household with a person who is currently isolating.

    • are waiting for a COVID-19 test result (unless for screening/surveillance purposes only)

  • Mask Wearing

    All patients and visitors must wear a mask if you have cold or flu symptoms.

  • Experiencing Symptoms

    Should you be experiencing cold or flu symptoms including a cough, runny nose and/or a temperature, please call, email, or contact us through this site in order to rebook your appointment.

  • Infection Control

    Providing a safe environment for you is critical and we have increased the frequency of cleaning rounds in our centre.

    • Mask wearing is mandatory for all.

    • Hand sanitiser is widely available upon entry and throughout our centre, and we urge all patients, visitors and staff to practice thorough and frequent hand washing.

    We adhere to the National Health and Medical Research Council guidelines and work closely with state and federal governments to maintain the best practices for keeping you safe.
